Please Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Details 

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, inventory updates, and any potential loss in resale value. It also helps prevent misuse of our return policy, allowing us to maintain fair pricing and high-quality products for all customers.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days (bank or card processing times may vary).
